HIGH ARCH (Pes cavus)
	Very high arch, often afflicted with calluses under the metatarsal heads or with claw toes.
REMEDY
Children: Adults:	Moulded support with retrocapital pad reducing the plantar arch. Orthopedic shoe. Moulded support with metatarsal pad relieving pressure points if necessary. Extra-depth shoe.

FLATFOOT (Valgus foot)
	In very severe flatfoot, the navicular and the head of the talus are in contact with the ground and the head of the talus is very prominent. The heel and forefoot are usually everted, and forefoot is splayed.
REMEDY
Children: Adults:	Moulded support with correction under the navicular or talus. Moulded support with heel stabilizer. Extra-depth shoe.

FOREFOOT VARUS (False flatfoot)
	No contact: Perpendicular calcaneum. Forefoot greatly everted. With contact: Collapsed navicular and often subtalar joint appearance of heel spur.
REMEDY
Children: Adults:	Thomas heel. Scaphoid pads. Sole with bevel. Orthopedic shoe. Moulded support with forefoot stabilizer to compensate for foot biomechanical dysfunction.

FOREFOOT CALLUSES (Clovus)
	Calluses under the 2nd, 3rd and 4th metatarsal heads. Calluses under the 1st and 5th metatarsal head
REMEDY
	Moulded relieving support with metatarsal pad or retrocapital pad. Extra-depth shoe.

HALLUX VALGUS (Bunion)

REMEDY... MINOR: MAJOR:	Moulded support relieving pressure under the hallux. Modified extra-depth and width shoe. Made-to-measure moulded shoe.

HAMMER TOE (Claw) FOREFOOT DEFORMITY

REMEDY
MINOR: MAJOR:	Moulded support with retrocapital pad. Orthopedic shoe. Made-to-measure shoe relieving painful pressure.

HEEL SPUR TALALGIA

REMEDY...Moulded support rebalancing the foot, with reduction of the pressure under the calcaneum. Extra-depth shoe.

FREQUENT SPRAINS INVERSION OR EVERSION WEAK ANKLE

REMEDY
	Moulded support with heel cup. Orthopedic shoe with balanced flared heel.

UNEVEN LOWER LIMBS

REMEDY	Extra-depth shoe with buildup for unevenness, adapted to the patient's gait.
